That’s why I have put together a team of consultants to help you. There are already people out there acting as proxy buyers, but I wanted to create something different – a service that could be more of a buyer’s advocate. To achieve this we needed a licensed Japanese Real Estate Transaction specialist. Bringing that specialist on board has substantially increased our capabilities to advocate for foreign buyers and negotiate for suitable and fair contracts,
What you can expect from our team:
- search for and find houses that are not listed on the public websites.
- Look at prospective properties and send photos and videos to the buyer
- Negotiate with the seller’s agents.
- Facilitate the process of closing from intent to purchase paperwork to final contract and bill of sale.
- liaison with city hall and government agencies to identify issues and obstacles in the sale
- Provide contract translations and explanations in clear English
- Work with scriveners to complete the sale
